The HENDI Freezing element is a reusable cooling block for thermoboxes that maintains temperatures between -15°C and -10°C for several hours after being fully frozen. HENDI cold-storage accessory designed to fit refrigerated cabinets, counters and displays.

Key features

• Made of HDPE.
• Contains water and ammonium chloride.
• Suitable for thermoboxes.
• Keeps the temperature between -15 to -10°C for 4 to 5 hours.
• Before use: freeze at -18°C for at least 12 hours or until frozen solid.
• To check if ready, shake the element and when you feel and hear nothing moving inside it’s ready.
• Keeps food and beverages frozen for hours, ensuring safe transport and storage.
